On Being British, Sceptical… and Why Tony Robbins Is Right

I joined a three day Tony Robbins online event expecting hype and performance. What I encountered instead was a serious argument for why physical state shapes belief, belief shapes story, and story shapes outcomes. As a British sceptic, I did not stand up, shout, or perform. But I left convinced that Robbins is right about something we often resist. Real change begins in the body.
